For starters, don't claim it has a quarter tank of gas, and give it to us with eighth if a tank, when eliminate was listed as 20, we didn't even take it 10, that should be refunded, if it was a b I t late in returning, it should have been another $30 for a day, so why charge someone an additional $74, and not even send a receipt or itemization, explaining the additional charges. Ridiculous

My reservation was to pick up the truck at 7. When I got there I found out the place didn't even open until 8! The inside of the truck had some type of oil spill and was very dangerous. The oil was transferred to our boxes and made a mess of our garage. By the end of the day we were slipping and sliding down the ramp. Terrible experience!
