Overall, friendly but the two office staff members got into a bit of a heated discussion about what one thought was an error. Don't do that in front of customers. Have that discussion after the customer leaves. Otherwise, pick up was quick and easy.

Everything was superb. The young lady running the show was fantastic. I was running a tad late and was worried I'd lose the truck. After your reservation office moved our pick up time to accommodate our ETA, the merchant informed me she turned away at least 4 offers for the rental. Great job by all involved. We'll certainly use U-Haul again as we have numerous times thru the decades. Thanks for help.
