The appliance dolly I had reserved was not in the truck. That was the only issue I had. Other than that, pretty straight forward and easy pick-up/drop off. Truck seemed to be in good condition.

unpaved road, poor signage and they do not answer the phone. gps goes to a different location. i got charged extra milage at $1/mile ; I drove directly from uhaul Jax to my house and was REROUTED to this drop off. way to nickel and dime, uhaul.

MATTHEW COverall, friendly but the two office staff members got into a bit of a heated discussion about what one thought was an error. Don't do that in front of customers. Have that discussion after the customer leaves. Otherwise, pick up was quick and easy.
