My 10 year old found tobacco in the cab. Truck did not have equipment and customer service was not helpful and sent me to another number after waiting 30+min the first time.

Mark MInform customers that at this address you cant do 24/7 share due to the fact that people have broke into the lockbox so its broken and you have to wait til the business to open in order to get the truck keys.
Marcus HI asked for,reserved a truck,blankets, and dolly. I reserved them for Thursday,then Friday after sitting for hours at location, then couldnt get it Saturday (with them telling me on Saturday I couldn't even do it that day) until hours later. The truck was dirty...it had not been emptied completely and had not been swept out. The moving blankets were Helter skelter in the back loft and in the floor, and the blankets were wet....unusable. The location had no dolly. I assume I paid for both of these equipments.....he couldn't give me a copy of the contract. The back passenger tire was very low and windshield wipers worked very poorly....had to go find air and pump up tire.
