AUSTIN BThe trailer was situated in an area with muddy conditions. It is perceived that, due to the one-way rental agreement, the assigned trailer was less than ideal. Furthermore, as U-Haul rentals were not the primary focus of the location, there was a 20-minute wait before assistance was available.
