I ordered a dolly with my order and it was not in the truck as it was supposed to be. I went inside and the man behind the counter was with another customer. I said hi when he greeted me and stated I didnt get the dolly that should have been in my truck. He said what kind of dolly cuz I dont have any here. As I say what about that dolly right there and hes like that's not yours. And you need to wait til I handle this customer and I will get to you. At this point its 20 minutes into my rental time frame and I have people waiting on me. I stood waiting. Customer walks out and guy walks by me again, silent. Then says let me get your contract together, but I dont have your dolly so what do you want to do. I said, why don't you have it? I work in customer service and am required to provide what is ordered, especially when I ordered two weeks ago. He gets a look on his face and says i dont know, you tell me. I say again, why did someone from uhaul not bring one from another store. He's like I dont work for them, I dont know and I dont like your tone. I say, then I want a refund since I didnt get what I paid for. He stares at me and says please! Then yells please. Im like what. He's like, say please. Im like what the hell is your problem dude. I paid for it. I need it and you're not helping the customer. Its literally your job. To which he says, you know what, you did a mobile order, I don't have to help you. Im like are you f**king kidding me. He's like oh now youre cussing at me. I want you out of my store. I say I hope youre not the owner of this store cuz I will be writing a review about my experience and uhaul should know how you treated thier customers. He yells thanks as I walk out. Meanwhile, im 40 minutes into my rental period and was charged for my lack of dolly. I get to where im going and had a hell of a time moving my house without a dolly. Not sure if I will ever use uhaul again and I will absolutely NEVER go to hettingers again.

JEFFREY AThe guy that I met with who processed the order was very rude. The appliance dolly I added was not provided, instead a utility dolly was provided.
ROBERT MWorst U-Haul ever. And I’ve moved a lot. Check engine light was on. Allignment was off and the wheel shook like crazy. Have to crank it a full 90 degrees left to go straight. Horrible. Avoid.
