The guy that I met with who processed the order was very rude. The appliance dolly I added was not provided, instead a utility dolly was provided.
ROBERT MWorst U-Haul ever. And I’ve moved a lot. Check engine light was on. Allignment was off and the wheel shook like crazy. Have to crank it a full 90 degrees left to go straight. Horrible. Avoid.
Laura FPickup location was not notified of the furniture dolly that was requested.
