I had difficulty using your app and had never had to walk around a trailer and take pictures of each side, license plate, the hitch etc Since it was a very sunny day I could not read all of the instructions in the sun. The representative ended up finishing the photos for me. You should simplify the ap or have the rep do it all. I also was disappointed that I had to travel 1.5 miles down the road to pick up a small utility trailer when I usually just rent at your large facility on chinden yet I had to return it to that facilty.
