Refund the money I was charged for cleaning when I returned the truck. When picked up there was no walk around with the renter so I opened truck and it was filthy so I returned in the same condition. If you are going to charge someone for cleaning then you need to have it clean before it's rented.

The process was slow. The computer took a very long time to complete the process and the place is set to open at 10 AM I was there before 10 AM to return my trailer and waited until 10:15 but there was no one there to sign off that it was returned.

Store was supposed to be open. Was not, stopped by another .5 mile down the road, also closed. Then was confronted in this awful neighborhood by odd men saying the owner would arrive in 30-40 minutes, which is about an hour after they were supposed to open. Two thumbs down!

Was to pick up trailer at 10 AM. Didn't get it till 11:30. They said the size ball I had was ok, 2/5-16ths. It was too big. Had to go back home and get a 2" ball. Trailer worked fine.

I was printed out a bill for $131.00 at 10:30 am. was told I could have it back in the lot at by Sunday morning. Before I left the I was $150.00 was taken out of my account. On Monday, I printed out the statement from my account and took it the to show them that money was taken out of my account at 11:42 am. I was charged $15.00 replacement gas, that I had already filled up at the corner gas station before putting it back in the lot. I only moved to BRAND NEW MATTRESS in the truck. I was told it was dirty when I brought it back and was charged another $15.00 for that. I had the truck back in the lot the same day at between the hours of 8:30 / 9:00 pm. I WANT MY MONEY BACK THAT WAS SO FREELY TAKEN FROM ME OR I WILL BE GOING TO COURT. THAT IS NOT RIGHT.

A Wonderful couple are running this U-Haul outlet. They really want you to be satisfied with their service. It's a great little store front selling Gently used furniture and appliances along with the U-Haul rentals. Mom & Pop style services with young and aggressive business sense along with sex appeal. What else could you ask for???.

Josh at 2nd Chance furniture was great.He had some technical difficulties with his computer but he got thru it. But its the overall process with UHaul i had an issue with. I initially needed and reserved a 26 footer 4 days in advance but somehow Josh was undercut by a cooperating store and i was stuck with a 20 footer FOR THE SAME PRICE AS THE 26 FOOTER instead. Pure bs. I was moving from a 4 bedroom 2 bath town house. I didnt want to make multiple trips, ergo the need and want for the largest vehicle so i could get it done in one trip.Then it was insulting because to make up, they offered me 70 free miles instead of just lowering the price when anyone with a brain knows that the distance from Gary to Portage is nowhere near that far. I didnt need more miles, I NEEDED MORE TRUCK!!! In retrospect i only used 24 total for my trip. Cant help to feel a little swindled out of $144.00 especially when i did not get what i asked for.

We were charged for a supposedly dirty truck but made sure before its return that we gave it back way we go it. Took time to sweep out the whole thing when we questioned they told us we were lying. No where did we come in contact with mud when we were moving as our drive is paved so not sure how we could get it muddy? No reason to lie never had problems in past.

This was NOT our original location. We were transferred to this location by headquarters after contacting them. Our first location was 4001 W 37th Ave #3, Hobart, IN 46342 We were transferred due to the first location NOT being open when it was supposed to be (even tho our order HAD ALREADY BEEN SCHEDULED AND CONFIRMED) and NOT calling us to let us know it could not fulfill our order.

The gas marking on the receipt were in correct, the truck was at 3/4, but it was marked on paper work that it was at 7/8
