I received calls and emails stating that I did not return the uhaul and this is incorrect.The uhaul was returned at 11:00 am the next day I dont think I had it 24 hours from the start time.I need this corrected in the system records

I experienced a significant delay over an hour when trying to pick up my rental. Unfortunately, there was no one available at the location to assist me. When I reached out to customer service, I was informed that I needed to check in online; however, that wasn't the procedure I had originally scheduled. Based on this experience, I may reconsider using rental services from a side contractor company in the future and hope for clearer communication regarding the check-in process.
