Jose PYour rates are way too high. I remember only paying $60 not too long ago. Also you have no discounts for military veterans which is a shame. $80 for a trailer rental from a good customer who always takes care of the equipment is too much. Think about a rewards program or something.
PATRICK HThis location was a two man operation and very busy. Had to wait about twenty minutes to unhitch car transport.
Patricia TI spent an hour and a half only to not get the truck I ordered. They didn't know the combination to the lockbox with the keys. I got a 26 ft truck, way too big, dirty, almost no gas because they couldn't find any other keys. I spent double on gas over the smaller truck I ordered. My worst experience with U-Haul.
