The employee was very incompetent. I was waiting for a while for him to figure out how to rent the truck out to me. Didn't ask me if I wanted insurance on the truck or roadside coverage. Good think I knew the process. I made a reservation online and he had all my personal information wrong. He apparently was in another customer's profile.The truck was newer.
