Sharon was so helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this location to others. Even though I didn't plan on going to this location to pick up and drop off she made the transaction so smooth, it was worth it. Easy pick up great customer service
MICHAEL BThe vehicle had break issues, tire pressure issues, was dirty, not full on fuel and I had to go to 3 different locations to finally get the keys to a truck because 2 locations were unoccupied by someone who could help and the 3rd location was 30 minutes out of my way. I’ve used uhaul before and had great experiences. This time though, was far from good.
Brandon TConvenient location and friendly staff. The only thing to critique (not the fault of the supplier) however I wish the drop-off was a quicker and easier experience. Took me an average of 20-30 minutes to get through all the check out prompts.
