When I arrived to pick up my U-Haul for my all day move 6 hours away, there was a sign on the door that said "Be back at 11". We had to wait over two hours in the parking lot. We drove over an hour out of our way to pick up and had it was closed after just getting off the phone with U-Haul reps. This severely impacted our move and we did not arrive in Springfield Mo until after 6PM

Convenient spot for drop-off
Joseph AI can’t comment much on the drop off place since no one was there and they were closed. It was hard finding the key box in the dark.
TERRY SDropped vehicle off after hours. The correct app was posted on Dropbox but key had already been dropped in dropbox. Location was closed so there was no personnel on site. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience.
