If they are using the24/7 pick up and drop off . Please inform the customer that the odometer needs to switched to miles upon return . It's a bit misleading when your charge rate is by the km. Also make sure your service provider works at that location . Mine didn't

Not sure if this location is new. It’s tucked in the corner of paradise (Gilford), about 5 minutes off hwy 400. Great customer care. Lady called me 2 hours prior to pick up to confirm the logistics. Upon arrival, trailer was ready to go. Out front, I met Wayne, friendly and helpful. Upon return, Wayne had left lots of room to drop the trailer. This rental was smooth. A definite plus.
