They were unable to print a receipt that I dropped it off. Also since I didn't drive the allotted miles or number of days, there was no refund OR they didn't want to deal with it. I was given a free day & 100 free miles neither of which helped me as I didn't get anything in return. You changed the drop off location from the time that I picked it up to the time I dropped it off. Should not be changed unless asked as it could be farther away and take up miles that shouldn't be used for your convenience. I do have to say that the truck ran smoothly and didn't give us any issues.

The trailer I reserved was not there. I had to take a larger size which I didn't need. I paid for the size I wanted but I used up more gas cause of it. They also set it up at a different location than I wanted.

Ryan VU-Haul could provide this location with the equipment that they are promising customers with their reservation rather than leaving it up to the location to have to tell the customers they don’t have what the website it promising.
