Pickup location did not know what to do because owner was not present. The employee just handed me the key after much confusion. No paperwork, no contact. I was called after to get on a contract. After a 9 mile total trip I returned the vehicle and was charged for a 48 mile trip. Even after replenishing the gas. Also it rained and water got on my belongings because the box truck leaked. All and all very bad experience.

The check in @ pick up location was horrible followed the online instructions and 40 mins later I had to call u-haul customer service to get the lock box code it was telling me to go inside to counter but the business is closed on a sat then the representative on phone was not trying to give me the 40 mins of credit for being there mistake that he admitted to me it was there error eventually he did give me the credit will not be doing a pick up like that again
