The app is a pos. For whatever reason it was giving me error messages about the photos I uploaded and I couldn’t move forward in the process. I toook my own pics and saved on my phone and will call tomorrow.

My best advice to anyone is to not drop the key into the lock box before filling out the phone information first. It’s impossible to take the pictures of the mileage and gas when you can’t get in the truck!
dwayne kThey failed to include the pads in the trailer and didn’t notify us until it was too late to go back to get them. They had the order, they should have known what was to be included.
Brian GI go in to this place and there's no one inside,So I yell out Is there anyone here, I see someone, so I had to go looking for someone then I get to her and ask her Who's in the office? and she says it's her. Then, because I had go looking for someone, I step on a nail. It's bleeding and she gets me some alcohol and a bandaid. Ridiculous !!!
marvin bAfter going to the office and waiting for someone to show, we’re told to just go drop off keys in the drop box on the back side of the store. Not very clear on where to park vehicle or what to do with any rented equipment. Had to determine that all on our own and return everything via the U-Haul app
