It felt very strange to pull into a parking lot with no attendants to assist. It wasn't intuitive to find the drop box for the keys either. They could use some signage

No one assisted me on this one. The location was not the one that was originally supposed to be our delivery location.

KEVEN HThe office I picked the truck up from was not very involved with the transaction. I had issues with the app and the employee that did provide the keys didn’t come out to view the vehicle. I dropped the tuck back off and again, I had issues with the app but the employees never came out to look at the truck and close my account.
