Shop was supposed to be open but only one guy was there and lights off, he was sleeping on the couch and I had to wake home up. He couldn’t check us out and said “just take the trailer”. We then called scheduling and checked out the trailer on the phone. Two days later I received text saying my trailer reservation was cancelled. But I had the trailer! So called again and got it cleared up. But not an ideal situation.

Ruslanas GThe lock was near impossible to open. I don't know if the snow got into the gears of the lock but I almost gave up. Just at the point where I was about to leave I saw some movement of the bolt. My thumb still hurts from opening the lock
