On my initial checking online the agent i believed name maria misinformed me by denying my state provided temporary license until they send my actual ID. She said they do not accept illinois paper license for me to drive in illinois. My paper id had barcode and was provided to me by DMV there is absolutely no reason to deny such license. That agent did not have knowledge to be making facts herself. I am lucky that the person inside the shop that keep u haul truck Lana she helped me check in on computer and it worked fine. Please make sure the agent making up rules needs to be trained right. Overall experience with U haul was great just the agent on online checking does not know how to do her job right because of her i was stressed because i did not want any alternate driver to operate the truck because i wanted to take full responsibility for it.
