We reached out kinda last minute and they were super friendly and got us in a moving van that day! It was one of the easiest experiences renting a Uhaul and I will definitely reach out to them next time I need a van again!

Doug DI reserved a truck locally for a morning puck up and ended up having to go 40 miles into another state, several hours later,, almost evening, to pick up the truck. What good is a reservation if it is not honoured
