MICHAEL CHire some folks that understand what excellent customer service is. They had trouble getting the lock off of the truck, that took 3 people trying to figure that out and then, didn't have any dollys.We ended up with one they borrowed.
Mona BA little hiccup at the beginning. When you arrive at location, have to call to get someone out to hookup the trailer and do the “paperwork”. That led to multiple calls but he did come pretty soon. (Was not a secret I would be there cause i had a reservation). Other than that it went well, asnit has many times before.
