Checking in and out was a hassle, especially with this being our first U-Haul rental. Upon rental, there was no one in the office to assist. I had to hunt down the owner of the business in order to get the U-Haul. The app was not working when returning the U-Haul. Had to return a total of 3 times to location for the app to register that I was trying to return the U-Haul.
