Went to pick up truck no human to be found. No customer counter? Found a lock box outside and tried to access it no luck? Had a online site on lock box outside so I access it and it wanted me to download the u-haul app so I did! Tried to access my account no luck? Had to call customer service and they informed me the lock box was inside the laundry mat for receiving not the one outside is for dropping off! Tried again to access the uhaul app again and no luck? Called back customer service and they gave me the code for the lock box and finally opened it and got the keys! Wife caused this by not downloading the u-haul app and setting everything up not computer save! The pick up location needs better signs were lock box is or have a customer counter with a person there! Lost time 30 minutes at pick up location!!!
