As stated above: The location itself was great. Clean, kind, helpful, etc. The problem is that I would have trouble recommending U-Haul at all. Very disappointing rental experience due to your not having enough vehicles in the area where I was, and my having to spend time and energy in the midst of a busy move having two people each spend an additional hour-and-a-half driving. Did not feel like a valued customer at all, and I intend to do all I can to take my business somewhere else in the future, where I feel valued.
