I originally reserved a vehicle at a location closer to my home. I received a call stating my pickup location changed. Although I received a discount on the daily rate and miles, I paid more for the rental since the location was much further from my home. I am disappointed that I had to pay more than I planned to and the location was much further than expected. However, the mobile experience was convenient. I was able to pick up and drop off from the app.
