The location is great and the service is adequate. He didn’t know what the safety tow coverage actually covered and I was told to read it myself. I think it’s good for customers to know that this insurance covers the contents, but not the rental vehicle or trailer.

When returning the truck, write that the box is in the back of the building. We circled around the area for it!

The truck ran really rough, the dolly I paid for was not there, there was no ramp. Because of these 2 things I ended up paying out an additional $50.00 to pay strangers to help me load and unload the 1 item I rented the truck to move. I have used Uhaul for the last 35 yrs, for 7 moves, this being number 8. I am so disappointed I may never use uhaul again. I feel I should receive a full refund.

Bill at All Auto Car was not friendly. The office was dirty and uncomfortable. I have rented U-Haul trucks and vans many times and this was the worst experience that I have had. I am normally very pleased with my U-Haul experiences but this time was very bad.

there were no signs directing one to where the key should be dropped off -would recommend this place if there was a sign.. the person whom i gave the key to seemed liked he couldn't be bothered. but then when i went back to pick up a pair of shoes-that person was much more friendly and pleasant. ( can't remember his name -but he had longer gray hair, was thin, and wore a cap!) he evan called to say that he found them! :)

The truck had a speed limiter on it that only allowed it to go 75mph which created a huge problem on highways where the speed limit is 70mph and everyone is going 80-85mph. Very tough to keep up with the flow of traffic!! I will not rent from U-Haul again!!I should of been notified about this before I rented the truck and there should be a sign in the cab indicating this.

Waited almost 40 minutes for vehicle reserved at 9:00. Person behind customer service desk showed little interested in serving customers. Perhaps also short staffed at the time, but the least he could do is offer a "how can I help you? or "I'll be with you shortly."
