stephen aWithin the last few weeks I have rented two different trucks and neither time has the rental truck been at the chosen location which had been pre-reserved. No blame to the location but to the scheduling department of U Haul. On the first rental I had to go to 2 locations to secure a rental and on the second to 3 to secure my reservation that had been made days before at a particular location and was told by all of the businesses that this is way more common than it should be. Obviously I don’t have a regular need for renting a moving truck but be forewarned that if one is needing to secure transportation on a particular schedule that your efforts may be thwarted from no fault of your own or the companies that are representing U Haul and you might find yourself at the mercy of their scheduling department.
