There was a missing bolt. I could not use your equipment until I put a new one on. I have never rented this piece of equipment before so I did not know to look for it until I was ready to load the car. I am requesting a discount for the faulty equipment. If I hadn't noticed there could have been a accident. I did not remove the bolt I put on incase someone else missed it again.
