The UHaul app wasn't fully functional on my phone (Pixel 6A). The app was unable to take photos of the vehicle, only saw a black screen. At the end of the photos, it said I chose not to upload photos. This is false. The app was unable to take photos.

Ronald PThe trailer had dirt and screws all over the floor. The U-haul sales person that hooked up the trailer put the trailer tounge on my hitch and one chain. The one chain that he put on was 1 " from the ground, not good , could start a fire from dragging Chain on ground. I had two put the other two chains on my hitch. Also he did not even check for the tail lights for operation. I will not use this U-haul again.
