Truck windshield was covered in snow, had to find something in my car to clean in off with because windshield wipers would not move due to the weight of the snow. Also moving equipment I ordered (a dolly and furniture pads) we're not provided and when I said I really needed the dolly, I was sent to another location to pick it up.
