open the store on time. communicate when the vehicle has to be returned. schedule pick up appointments. If the store opens at noon and everyone who rented a vehicle online shows up at noon they get VERY delayed.

I called ahead and reserved a trailer thinking it would make it faster and easier. Felt like the check in and out process was very slow. But on a high note the gentleman I checked out with was very helpful getting the trailer hooked up and helping out with a lighting issue (not sure if my truck or the trailer)

When I picked up the truck everything was great and was told to turn in truck with the same amount of fuel in it as was when it was rented. I did that and I took a picture of what the mileage and fuel were at when I left. When I received my final receipt today I was upset I was charged for fuel. Called and spoke to Tyler who told me the picture I took didn't matter and it was below the 3/8 that it was supposed to have in it. He asked me to send him the pic. I tried and the email he gave me was incorrect. When I called back and told him that he was like its only $15.00. Actually it was $47.00 per my bill. He treated me like I was being petty about $15.00 and there was nothing I could do about it and my picture and receipt for fuel were worthless and just let it go. I will never rent from another uhaul company again. He was completely disrespectful and condescending.

the equipment was nonfunctional which cost me a ticket, an extra day in a hotel and a lost day off of work. I know shit happens, but if Uhaul screwed up by not ensuring proper training at this location. they should TRY and make it right. I never even got an apology. and everyone I talked to who represents Uhaul tried to make it seem like it was my fault. the guy that tried to help hook up dolly was obviously high. do you guys drug test the guys you let move your vehicles around? when he plugged it in the lights stayed on never came off. he said that would work. made it seem like it was not a problem. I know he was in a hurry to get back to his burrito he just ordered from the Mexican place down the street. I don't blame him, he probably had a bad case of the munchies. I guess you guys can get away with this bad customer service for now because you really have no competition. but doesn't mean it is the right thing to do. sincerely Allyssa Bautista

It took me 3 attempts before I could find an open location at 3 pm on a Monday. There needs to be a better way to arrange a return. When I finally found this place they were great



The associate at this location was very friendly and accomodating . We had a difficult move across country through very challenging weather. We were very stressed when we finally returned the trailer but his welcoming kind attitude set us at ease and made us feel that we made the right choice in choosing this town as our new home.

Hello uhaul, My family and I have been renting from uhaul for over 50 years, we all move a lot for work, I even worked there part time in college. I would never recommend this place ever to my worse enemy. This is a weed grow shop. I understand I live in Colorado. But I had my 3 year old son exposed to cussing, nasty dogs and dog crap on the floor, weed smoke from the guys in there office. They talked to me poorly basically called me stupid to my face cause I didn't understand why a truck was going to cost me almost 400$ cash to rent a truck for 60 miles in a one day rental. They had gotten pissed that I decided to go with a trailor vs the 400$ truck for 8 hours. After spending 2 hours there cause the phone wouldnt stop ringing about weed deals and growing it. Dogs growling at my son that was minding himself standing next to me, friends stoping by to go to the back for ten minutes at a time, cussing up a storm and laughing. I politely asked one of the other guys if we could finish the paper work outside, he said "do you have a problem with us". Then we go outside and get hooked onto the trailor, then I hop out to check the connections and the guy comes around the other side and jumps into my truck while smoke a cigarette on the phone to check if my lights where working, I asked can I help you? His response was you guys can get the f*ck out of here if that's how your going to be. I couldn't believe it. So then asking the other gentleman can I plz pick up that dolly I rented? He said you still wanted that? Well hurry up your not the only person that needs service help here. I was polite and respect the whole time. I had to explain to my 3 year old not to repeat those words cause he started asking what that meant. I'm so blown away uhaul would allow a place like this to be in business with them. I'm scared to book online anymore till I see the place. I'm doubt full I would rent ever again from uhaul. I feel worse for my Son, I wanted to leave but there wasn't another 6/12 trailor in a 50 mile radius. I'm so disappointed. I truly hope uhaul can take care of this for other people's sake. Hard to get past the fact that this is a marijuana grow house. I understand it is legal and that they do not actually grow it at this store; however, it is not the type of environment I want to do business with.
