The U-Haul Representative at this location was a South American with broken english. Told the representative three times and even wrote our destination on a piece of paper and he still couldn't comprehend where we were going. Used only a cell phone for setting up rental. Had no computer or print out for the contract agreement. Did no walk around the truck before leaving. This location should not be a Uhaul rental location. (They need training for this job). The truck did need a drivers side windshield wiper which appeared someone put a 21" insert on a 20" wiper but we changed it ourselves. Other than the wiper, the truck itself was great.

Lynn HThey didn't know what was going on. The brake and tail lights didn't work, didn't know till I was almost to my destination.(got my mom to follow behind after). I think they need a refresher course.
