Over all experience with uhaul was one star. Really bad. I ordered a 20ft truck weeks in advance to find out rhe day before that I had no truck to pick up. The lady, Amber was non appoligetic and explained there was nothing she could do, other than offer a truck over an hour away, Greenfield. I had to agree, as I had movers showing up as well as a deadline to be out. I got a ride to pick up truck, just tonfind out thst there was no truck. Another strike and I am pissed. The lady at Greenfield was very nice and did all she could do rectify, which was a 15’ truck. Ultimately mistakes were made multiple times and the dispatch lady (Amber) 866.648.0872 was only interested in getting me off the phone. Also, salt in wound, my reserved blankets were not available. Will never use uhaul again.

Had to call UHaul to arrange alternate return address as the original drop-off location was closed and gated (it was a Sunday). Greenfield location was also closed, but provided for after hours drop-off.

We brought it back at 1 p.m. the day before it was due. But they said that U-Haul will charge us the full rate because it should have been at 11:30am. I was really disappointed but I guess I should have been told upfront the return time. My mistake for not reading my own contract. I was still charged for a day without having use of a trailer. Disappointed in Uhaul.

I dropped the trailer off with no one at the facility. The three individuals I talked to on the phone were helpful, but it took about 12 minutes to get through to them. I thought that was reasonable. The phone messages were redundant.

I am a traveling RN, female, and they were not going to hook my car dolly up to my RV until I called you and then they proceeded to hook me up. If this is your new policy then you need to rethink it.
