ANDREW EThe side rails are too close to the wall, it does not allow bungee straps to fit through it. It would be SO HELPFUL to affix support that allow bungees to help hold items in place. This has been an issue for years - hoping UHHAUL will upgrade their trucks to help make securing a load easier. This truck was very rough riding - I know they are not luxury trucks (lol) but honestly I see why fragile things get broken so easily. The trucks was very bumpy the entire ride. Hope this is not taken as a complaint, but rather ways to help improve and make it easier to strap things down and hopefully somehow to help not be such a rough ride . Thank you!
