Moving can be hard and stressful. The store owner was professional, clear with directions with a calm and friendly demeanor. I returned the truck and checkout process and final bill were also easy to understand and very professional. I'm so glad to know about this neighborhood pickup spot:)
RACHEL MI took it almost empty and bought it back the same. I was told I was wrong it need it needed more gas or a $30 charge. I took truck across the street and put an extra $25 on top of what was put in there on the way to drop it off. First time ever have I had an issue with gas.
DERON BThe entire online reservation was changed. Pickup was not the original location selected online. Pickup reservation for trailer was totally stewed up. Not the fault of the store where I picked it up since they were just trying to correct everything but still a stressful experience for me.
