Make sure the trucks ARE clean. Bad experience with last customer left spilt kerosene in upper level. Ruined 3 of my boxes, had to redo them in the middle of transport. Manager was told. Otherwise everything else was ok.
CAROLE PIt would've been nice to have more than a quarter tank of gas to start my journey, That's the only thing I thought was wrong with my experience.
DEBORAH PIt was all done by remote computer screen. I prefer a real human being. Seemed so cold and impersonal.
JAMES SI have rented from U Haul before and had a good experience, but this location required me to download the app and go through a much longer process than I was hoping for. It also did not allow me to adjust my reservation from a 3 day rental to a 24 hour reservation. Additionally, the truck was not the full length I expected it to be based on the phone call I had previously. I would not recommend this location. I would recommend people rent from a place with a person there to help so they do not have to use the app.
