The store smelled terrible and the people seemed bothered that they had to help me. He walked outside to look at the truck and saw someone in the parking lot and pulled them into his store. They sat behind the counter and talked and never said a word to me. I had no idea if I was done or needed to do something else so I stood there while they had a conversation. Finally another person told me I was good to go and asked if I wanted a receipt and was visibly irritated when I said yes. I would never rent or drop off at this location again.

Christopher SMoving can be hard and stressful. The store owner was professional, clear with directions with a calm and friendly demeanor. I returned the truck and checkout process and final bill were also easy to understand and very professional. I'm so glad to know about this neighborhood pickup spot:)
