We called ahead to rent a truck in an emergency situation. We were told that they didn't have any that day. The website said they did, so I (from 200 miles away) rented a truck. When they got there to pick it up the person was rude and created a huge issue that was completely unnecessary. I'm guessing he was pissed off because we made them work.

No one was there even though the door said “open” and was within the posted open hours. Then I couldn’t get the keys to the truck. Had to call the number on the door and get switched to another truck.
