This was a very good experience overall. It could have been a bit better if we had made the reservation through our local dealer (TNT RV & Generator Services} instead of online. The online people kept saying "the truck might not be available locally the day we needed it, but would be within driving distance to pick up". No one could tell us what "driving distance" might be, so we were a bit worried until the day before the move when we knew for sure the truck would be available locally. Our local deal told us if we had made the reservation through him they could have told us the truck would be available the day we needed it much sooner than the day before. The check in was super easy.
