Overcharged on fuel as it was not reported correctly. Had a difficult time convincing personal of the situation. Still haven’t got refund status worked out

The place was locked up during business hours. Called the number on the door and was told the person was in a meeting and to just drop the trailer off. I’m not being paid to do U-Haul’s work.
