Equipment was well maintained but the floor had several black marks (rubber or grease) that transferred to several of the boxes we were moving. Luckily my wife noticed before we set any of them on the carpet in the rental house. That was the only issue.

JILL WThe auto transport did not have the usual tire straps. Instead of cupping the tire, it was just a single strap. It did not feel as secure as it should have been if it had the normal tire straps.
