I was told to drop the trailer off at this location. I drove 20 miles one way to take it there, only to have the site tell me they had no room and I wasn't scheduled to drop off there. That was not true. Someone deleted my drop off location and it was blank. I had to drive another 20 miles to take it somewhere else.
