No one was there to do anything. I was told on the phone to drop it off somewhere else after the U-Haul mail office told me to leave it there. This was at 2:58 pm on Dec. 15, 2025 as recorded on my phone / picture of the trailer setting in their return parking space..

The combination lock is very sensitive I stood for 30 mins trying to return my key after countless attempts I called customer service and there help was appreciated. Maybe change the lock so that's its not so sensitive. Other than that everything was just fine will definitely rent again
