Tybra GFirst, the Lapalco store messed up my rental, not giving me a one-way truck even though I told her my drop-off location. So she found a one-way truck at a location that was closed on Mondays and gave me the wrong suite number. After losing 2 hours trying to find the correct suite that was closed, I caught a break with a woman who moves trucks between locations. She went out of her way to call around and help me get the key and get me the truck. By this time I had lost 4 hours of moving time and was forced to need to rent the truck for a third day to complete my move. The truck I got 4 hours late was not cleaned or checked in by the rental location after it was dropped off by the previous renter. It was full of broken pieces of cement and a lot of cement dust that I had to clean out before I could load my stuff. I feel like I should be reinbursed at least one or two days of the fees I had to pay.
STEVEN FIt was very hard to pick up the vehicle, no person in office, had to call several time & finally, got it done! The vehicle was already dirty when we got ir!! sand on floor mats!
