My rental experience here was unusual in that I had to follow up when I received my invoice. I was charged for two days rental when I had the truck for one day, and I was also charged for SafeMove for two days, when I had declined on booking. Valuable time taken up to be reimbursed for charges that I did not incur.

I was charged almost double what I was quoted. Apple Tree location in Grimsby quoted $89.00 and told me the Hitchman location would be the same rate. After getting job done and getting bill almost double the cost. How can I rectify this? JG
