Looked to be a husband and wife running this gas station. There wasn’t a customer in sight when I came in. The wife went to the back when I was checking in. Then a customer came in and had to wait for us to finish up - no big deal. After I’m checked in, I ask if there’s anyone who can guide me while I back up my vehicle (expecting the wife to be available / swap spots with the husband so he could guide me). Instead, he simply said “No.” So I thanked them and went to go do it by myself. I get out there and the trailer doesn’t have a jack - you have to lift the thing yourself. Because it didn’t have a jack, I had to line up just beside it so I could lift the trailer over the itch. Well I tried for 15 or 20 minutes. Watched the video from the QR code on the trailer - which was a video for a completely different trailer. I finally marched back inside and demanded that someone come help me. The husband comes on out. He has no clue how to hook up a trailer. We got it set on to of the hitch and he said I should be good to go. I told said, “Should be good to go?! The trailer is just sitting on top of the hitch - it’ll pop right off!” Horrible customer service. Horrible experience. Horrible value. Never seen anything like it. Anyone running a U-Haul location (or WORKING at a U-Haul location) should be able to assist customers with the equipment. I was so disgusted by the time I finally got out of there.

Donna SPerson at pickup was nice, person at drop off was extremely rude.
Madeline TI was charged for gas yet had to put gas in the vehicle because it was on empty when we got it. Communication with staff was difficult.
Courtney CAC control was broken, tire pressure lights broken permanently on, headlights barely lite, broken trailer button. Poorly kept thankful it got the job done.
