I went to pick up my u-haul and the location was closed. This was after someone called me to confirm my pick up. They said pick up was at 9AM, when it was suppose to be at 12PM. I confirmed with the guy on the phone, he advised me to still continue to come, and when I arrived the doors were locked and no one was there. I have photos and videos as well for proof. I even called the phone numbers back and no one answered.

John RThe equipment was VERY OLD , the inside cabin and inside of the cargo area was filthy and smelled like dirty oil . The windshield was filthy and no washer fluid . The check engine light/ oil light was on . Lastly , there were no cabin or cargo lights
