El candado estaba malo estuvimos más de 1 hora intentando comunicarnos con servicio al cliente porque no nos llamaron ni nos dieron el pin, luego nos cancelaron la orden, tuvimos que hacer otra reserva y volvió a pasar lo mismo y cuando porfin obtuvimos el pin, adivina!! No funcionaba porque el candado estaba con falla, además alquilamos con almohadas y un carrito el cual no estaban por ninguna parte pero si nos cobraron, además la gasolina no era la que indicaba tenía mucho menos, fatal el servicio la verdad
