The owner of the store was very nice and friendly. The only issue I had was that I had booked the Uhaul for 0900hr with mobile pick up and when I went to do it in the morning, my account said something was not set up for me and told me to call the help line. I called and the rep said that the mobile pick up was not set up for me and I would have to wait until 10AM when the store opened. I would have liked to be notified in advance that mobile pick up at that location was not possible or that my request would not be able to be fulfilled in advance so I could have planned differently.
