Make online pickup more user friendly. It took over an hr once we arrived to pick it up. We had to call twice for help. I am not kidding when I say the 2nd person who helped us was Amazing. She helped us through the whole thing, and it still took long. She deserves a mention as she went over and above to help us. She deserves a bonus as she kept faith with us renting again. Next time we will go to a location with a live person to sign out the vehicle.
