I had to spend 45 minutes on the phone with customer service because the store staff insisted I return the rental before 9 PM, even though I had booked it for 4 hours starting at 7:45 PM. I specifically chose this location because it clearly stated online that both pickup and drop-off were available. Unfortunately, this experience was far from pleasant.
